Welcome to I Heart Patisserie. My name is Jessie, and I’m a self taught baker/patisserie enthusiast based in London.

My love of baking started from a very young age, helping/watching my mother create the most tasty treats for our family. I’ve also be greatly inspired by the many patisseries I’ve tried whilst visiting family in France, falling completely in love with their flavour combinations and elegant designs. I started this blog partly to challenge myself, but also to track my development and keep a log of all the recipes.
